30-day returns
You can return most unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Items we can’t accept once opened
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t take back the following once the seal or packaging has been opened, unless they’re faulty:
- Vitamins, supplements and other ingestible products
- Personal-care and oral-care items
- Masks, gloves and other single-use protective products
- Opened first-aid consumables such as dressings and plasters
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, email support@purechemlab.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you in full, including return postage.
How to return
- Email support@purechemlab.com with your order number and the items you’re returning.
- We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the items securely and keep your proof of postage.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Original delivery charges are refunded only for faulty or incorrect items.
